O R D E R

Petitioner/wife, who is residing at Karaikal, has come up with this Petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.723 of 2018 from the file of the Subordinate Judge (Family Court) at Poonamallee to the file of the Family Court at Karaikal, on the only ground that she is completely dependent on her parents.

2. Admittedly, parties herein are represented by Lawyers. Hence, it is not necessary that, parties have to necessarily appear before the Court below on all hearings and that, their presence before the Court is necessary only while tendering evidence.

Hence, this Court does not find any valid ground to allow this Petition. However, the Subordinate Judge (Family Court) at Poonamallee, is expected to conclude the trial in H.M.O.P.No.723 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 30 days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.

4. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with the above observation. No costs.
