Prayer: Appeal against the decree of the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram dated 31.08.2018 made in A.S.No.14 of 2013 preferred againt the decree of the Court of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur in O.S.No.1062 of 2008 dated 21.12.2012.

Decree: This second Appeal Coming on for hearing on Monday the Twenty fourth day of January 2022. Upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and Decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, Advocate for M/s.M.Nandhakumar, Advocate for the Appellants and of Mr.R.Subramanian, Advocate for the Respondent and this case having stood over for consideration till this day and this Court while allowing the Second Appeal doth order and decree as follows:

1. That the Judgment and decree dated 31.08.2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram made in A.S.No.14 of 2013 be and hereby is set aside and the judgment and decree dated 21.12.2012 made in O.S.No.1062 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur be and hereby is restored.
