Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that (b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23704 of 2021 dated 09.12.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23704 of 2021, dated 09.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 09.12.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.23704 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate cum District Munsif, Valappady, on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
