CRIME NO.1376 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.17962/2020 dated 08.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.ANBAZHAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17962 of 2020 dated 08.12.2020.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17962 of 2020 dated 08.12.2020, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
