Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the respondents 5 to 10, notice to those respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 10.10.2017, to issue Patta in her favour. It is stated that the said revision was filed by the petitioner as against the order passed by the third respondent, arising out of Patta proceedings.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said revision petition has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the second respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the second respondent to consider the revision petition dated 10.10.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 10, if the revision petition is not yet disposed of. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
