ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 12.02.2015 and provide a job in the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board on compassionate grounds.

2.Today, when the writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the claim of the petitioner was considered and he was appointed as Junior Assistant in the Office of the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

compassionate grounds. In support of the said submission, he has produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent in Proc.No.2854/15/E1 dated 11.01.2019.

3.The submissions so made by the learned counsel for the respondents have been conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
