This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for further two weeks to comply the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23214 of 2021, dated 08.12.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the second petitioner suffering from viral fever and hospitalized, the first petitioner being the only son had to take care of the second petitioner and hence, they could not able to file the bail application in time as directed by this Court within the prescribed time. Hence, the present application praying for extension of time to comply with the order of this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time for surrender. The petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
