ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in an expeditious manner and file a final report within a specified time frame, in respect of the case in Crime No.280 of 2013 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
