Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent in C3 DO No.53/2015 dated 21.05.2015 against petitioner's husband namely Parthiban, son of Thavamanickam, aged 35 years, confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court. O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu Parthiban, son of Thavamanickam, aged 35 years, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order in C3 DO No.53/2015 dated 21.05.2015 passed by the second respondent against her husband branding him as a "Black Marketer" under the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Central Act 7 of 1980). 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the second respondent as against the husband of the petitioner dated 21.05.2015 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. [Rt] No.238, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection [E3] Department dated 07.07.2015 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
