Appeal Suit filed under Section 96 CPC, to set aside the Judgement and decretal order, dated 15.07.2016 in O.S.No.552 of 2012 passed by the learned III Additional District And Sessions Judge, Coimbatore and allow the regular appeal.

J U D G M E N T

(This case has been heard through video conference) The case was ordered to be posted for amicable settlement between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties on 07.11.2017 in the mediation Conciliation Centre and Mediation Agreement dated 07.11.2017 has been filed to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and the said Mediation Agreement, this Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of Mediation Agreement, which shall form part of the decree.
