A.No.152 of 2021 in C.S.No.91 of 2018 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.

This application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking permission to file two additional documents namely, a Board Resolution dated 04.01.2018 and a Letter of Authorization also dated 04.01.2018. The originals of the two documents have been filed along with the application. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it had been stated that the said documents which are stated to be very relevant and necessary for disposal of the suit, were not filed at the time of institution of the suit, owing to inadvertence. It had been stated that the said reason is genuine.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondent also. 4.In view of the fact that the documents referred, the Board Resolution and Letter of Authorization give permission to the witness to adduce the evidence in the court. I hold no prejudice would cause to the respondent / defendant, if the documents are taken on file. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
