This petition is filed to bring the petitioners herein on record as the Appellants 2 to 6 in the above Appeal Suit, as the L.Rs. of the deceased sole appellant.

No representation for Respondents 1 to 6.

Respondents 7 and 8 have entered appearance and they have no objection for this petition being allowed.

We are also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to amend the Cause Title accordingly.
