This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the Registered Advocate Clerk's Association, Krishnagiri, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29051 of 2022 dated 25.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to financial difficulties, the first petitioner was unable to comply the condition imposed on the petitioner and thereby, he seeks modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the first petitioner is modified and the first petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the Registered Advocate Clerk Association, Krishnagiri, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and produce the said receipt before the Court below. The other conditions shall remain intact.
