For Appellant : Ms.Harini for Mr.M.B.Gopalan For Respondents-1&2 : Not Ready in Notice J U D G M E N T The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant/ Insurance Company made a submission that the connected Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed by the claimant in C.M.A.No.1078 of 2019 has already been disposed of by this Court on 13.02.2019.
2. In view of the fact that the claimant's appeal has already been disposed of, no further adjudication is required in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Accordingly, C.M.A.No.1218 of 2015 stands dismissed as became infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition also stands dismissed.
