PRAYER in WP.No.11455 of 2011 : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent in R.P.No.1/2008 D.2 dated 23.03.2010 confirming the order of the second respondent dated 10.07.2007 bearing M.P.No.6 of 2007 in respect of transfer of lease in favour of fourth respondent in respect of the ground floor portion bearing door no.87, Lawrence Street, Cuddalore 607 002 and quash the said proceedings as unconstitutional.

PRAYER in WP.No.11456 of 2011 : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the order of first respondent dated 23.03.2010 bearing No.R.C.10244/2007/D2 confirming the order of second respondent dated 24.07.2004 in Pro.R.C.No.10493/03 and quash the said proceedings as unconstitutional.

C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the issues between the parties have already settled.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2 submitted the copy of the letter addressed to the Special Government Pleader by the Executive Officer of the Temple stating that the temple properties were already handed over to the temple authorities and the possession has already been taken over by the Executive Officer and further it is stated that the actions are to be initiated to recover the arrears of rent and appropriate petition is filed before the District Court, Cuddalore in E.P.No.161 of 2017. 3.This being the factum established, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petitions and accordingly the writ petitions stand closed.
