This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner seeking to set-aside the impugned order, dated 11.11.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2803 of 2019, on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam and further to direct the respondent to return the petitioner's vehicle No.TN31-K-5393, Tata Ace, seized in Crime No.217 of 2019 on the file of the respondent / Police.

2. At the outset, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the owner of the vehicle-in-question has not filed this petition seeking return of the vehicle.

3. In view of the above, leaving it open to the owner of the vehicle in question to challenge the order of the Court below, this petition stands dismissed.
