The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 266 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal.
2. Though notice was served and the name of the 1st respondent was printed in the cause list, however, none appeared on his behalf.
3. MrP.Tamilavel, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 has no objection for this petition being allowed.
4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
