2. As requested by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore, four months' time is granted to dispose of Spl.C.C.No.11 of 2019, pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Cuddalore.

3. The Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Cuddalore, is expected to decide the matter on a day-to-day basis without adjourning the matter beyond seven working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.
