2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to allow the condone delay application and also perused the materials available on record.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay in filing the written statement in C.S.No.238 of 2025 is condoned.

4.Accordingly, the application is ordered.
