The writ on hand is filed directing the respondents to modify the bus time (Uzhavar Santhai Trip) 03-00 AM instead of 04.30 AM in Route No.47 which is runs between Uthukuli to Tirupur South Uzhavar Santhai.

2. The petitioner has expressed certain inconveniences and made a request to modify the bus time. Regarding such requests, the Authorities alone are competent to consider by taking note of various facts and circumstances. The Transport Corporation fixed the bus time considering the rush and other aspects of the matter. However, this Court cannot issue any direction based on the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition. The petitioner specifically seeks a direction to modify the bus time from 3.00 AM to 4.30 AM in Route No.47 which runs between https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Uthukuli to Tirupur South Uzhavar Santhai and this Court cannot fix bus time and it is the prerogative of the Competent Authorities to consider the various aspects and accordingly take a decision.

3. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities in the manner known to law. With these observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
