WP.No.1231 of 2021 N.SESHASAYEE, J., The learned Government Advocate makes a statement along with a written statement that originally the date for enquiry was fixed on 04.03.2021 for surveying the property of the petitioner and demarcating the boundaries, on which date, the petitioner had made a written request that he could be present only on 08.03.2021. That on 08.03.2021, the Taluk Surveyor has made a report that he surveyed the proerty in R.S.Nos.134/3, 134/6 & 134/10 and determined the boundaries in the presence of the petitioner and other adjacent owners and that whereas the adjacent owners namely Sathananthamoorthy and Ayyakannu have signed the report, the petitioner refused to sign the same. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing happened that day and the report was a false one.

3.This Court perused the copy of the report and does not prima facie find anything to suspect its contents, and in the writ jurisdiction this Court 1/3

may not travel too much into the factual dispute between the parties and the petitioner may now approach the Appellate Authority if he is aggrieved.

4.The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
