ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is a former Armyman, who came in contact with one Ambalavanan and later, their relationship got strained. Now, on false complaint, the petitioner is being unnecessarily harassed, the petitioner sent representation to the Authorities informing the harassment.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that there is no case pending against the petitioner not needed for any enquiry.
