Respondents Contempt petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for their willfully disobeying the orders passed in WP No.709 of 2017 dated 10.01.2017. For Petitioner :

ORDER

It is represented that order which is the subject matter of the contempt has been complied with vide proceedings of the District

Educational Officer, Krishnagiri, dated 01.08.2017 in Na.Ka.No.1184/Aa4/2017 dated 01.08.2017. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is not in full compliance of the order and the petitioner has been deprived of the benefit of regularization for the period, during which he was out of employment.

This Court has considered the rival submissions and also perused the materials placed before it.

This Court while passing the order, did not made positive recommendation merely directed the concerned respondent to act on the proposal and as such, nothing remains for further adjudication in this contempt petition and hence, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the non regularization period, he is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law before the competent forum.
