ORDER

(1) Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

(2) The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the suit in OS.No.18/2014 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Omalur.

(3) Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the plaintif's evidence is over and one witness on the defendants side has also been examined and thereafter, an application for amendment came to be filed which was also allowed.

(4) Considering the above fact that the suit itself is seven years old, there will be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Omalur, to dispose of the suit in OS.No.18/2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned District Munsif is also required to report such disposal to this Court without fail. (5) The Civil Revision Petition stands allowed.
