Mr.B.Dhiyaneswaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would have no objection to mandamus being issued for consideration of response of the petitioner's applications dated 29.10.2022 and 16.10.2023.

2. Hence, mandamus is issued to respondent to hear the petitioner and consider applications dated 29.10.2022 and 16.10.2023, in accordance with law and all prevailing regulations, within a period of four weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
