This Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the petitioner's son Ranjithkumar, S/o.Karuppaih, Male, aged 28 years and now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith by calling for the records relating vide order No.BDFGISSV No.402 of 2014 dated 15.05.2015 and set aside the same.

[Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenu, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 15.05.2015 against her son, branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 [Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982].
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the son of the petitioner dated 15.05.2015 in BCDFGISSSV No.402/2015 on the file of the second respondent is revoked on the opinion expressed by the Advisory Board by the Government of India in G.O.Rt.No.4145, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 03.07.2015 and produced a copy of the said order.
In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
