This petition has been filed to transfer the case in pending investigation in Crime No.671 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to the first respondent who in turn debut an officer not below the rank of Inspector of Police to investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent has already completed the investigation in connection with Cr.No.671 of 2019 and the same has been closed as mistake of fact.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the transfer of investigation does not arise. The second respondent is directed to send the RCS notice in connection with the Cr.No.671 of 2019 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the Court concerned, if he so advised.
