This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to C.C.No.29 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem and quash the same. 2.The petitioner is an accused in C.C.No.29 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Salem for the offences under Sections 420, 423 506(i) IPC. The private complaint filed by the respondent has been dismissed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem on 31.08.2018. The order copy is produced.

3.In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
