(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, viz., Thiru Thangaiya @ Samy, aged 56 years S/o.Jayaraman, challenging the detention order passed by the first respondent against the detenu in No.859/B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V./2019 dated 11.12.2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the first respondent against the detenu who is the husband of the petitioner. 3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
