O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner seeking to set-aside the impugned order, dated 11.11.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2801 of 2019, on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam and further to direct the respondent to return the petitioner's vehicle No.TN-50-X-9218, Tata Ace, seized in Crime No.203 of 2019 on the file of the respondent / Police.

2. At the outset, it has to be pointed out that a perusal of the materials available on record would disclose the fact that the owner of the vehicle has not filed this petition seeking return of the vehicle.

3. In such view of the matter, leaving it open to the actual owner of the vehicle to challenge the order of the Court below, this petition stands dismissed.
