ORDER

The petitioner is the wife. She married the respondent on 18.02.2019. From the wedlock, a child was born on 16.05.2023. Due to disputes and differences, the parties have separated.

2. The husband has initiated HMOP.No.175 of 2023 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Omalur.

3. The wife is a permanent resident of Pappireddipatty in Dharmapuri District. She finds it very difficult to travel from Pappireddipatty to Omalur. Hence, this transfer.

4. Notice was ordered on 14.02.2024 and the respondent has been served. Though he was served, he neither appeared in person nor did any counsel appear to oppose the transfer.

5. Taking into consideration the interest and convenience of the wife, HMOP.No.175 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Omalur and is transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Pappireddipatty.

6. This transfer petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
