PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proposal of the 3rd respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.C2/11985/2019 dated 01.10.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to promote the petitioner as Revenue Assistant (Special) in the light of the settled seniority already arrived by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.C2/2117/2017 dated 7.3.2017 and based on the orders issued in G.O.(Ms.)No.140 MAWS Department dated 27.5.1997, within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
