Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that in STC. No.493 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District, trial has been commenced and charges were framed and posted for arguments.
2. Considering the fact, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dismiss the case for non prosecution.
