ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.04.2015 in C.S.R.No.41 of 2015 and to take necessary action expeditiously on such complaint and complete the same within a time frame of time as may be fixed by this Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.41/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
