Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for violating the order passed in W.P.No.18201/2020 dated 30.11.2021, punish them in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 30.11.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.No.18201 of 2020, thereby directing the first respondent to issue notice to the petitioners and the counter parties within a period of two weeks and thereafter conduct enquiry and after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent conducted enquiry and passed order on 15.03.2024. He also produced a copy of the order passed by the first respondent dated 15.03.2024.

Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
