ORDER

After investigation, the Investigation Officer had closed the First Information Report in Crime No.1195 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, T-14, Mangadu Police Station, Mangadu, Chennai - 600 122, as a mistake of fact. Therefore, nothing further survives in the present Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed. However, liberty is given to any one aggrieved by such report, to take up the issue in manner known to law.
