ORDER

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with and petitioner's representation has been considered. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 20.02.2024 with regard to the pension amounts disbursed to the petitioner.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved against the proceedings dated 20.02.2024, in any manner, liberty is granted to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
