ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent police viz., the Inspector of Police, Palacode Police Station, Dharmapuri District to register a case on his complaint dated 23.03.2015 for the recovery of the amount and gold chain against the said Sidheswaran and his accomplice, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.989/2014 and act in accordance with the law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
