This petition is filed to condone the delay of 333 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.R.Narain Kalicharan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel for the second respondent. Despite notice having been served, none appears on behalf of the first respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 333 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

The petition, accordingly, stands ordered.
