Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the respondents are endeavouring to resolve the dispute amicably. In view thereof, he submits that he has been instructed to withdraw the petition with liberty to re-apply if the settlement does not fructify. He has made an endorsement to this effect.
