Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein from registering any deed or deeds of conveyance on the basis of the forged document No.2384 of 2010 in respect of vacant house site admeasuring one ground and 800 sq.ft. bearing Plot No.78 in the approved Layout of DDTCP No.163/74 comprised in Survey No.174/2 situate at Old No.154, New No.123, Madipakkam Village, Sholinganalur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and consequently the remove the entry in the Encumbrance certificate No.4088 dated 18.04.2011 pertaining to the forged Document No.2384 of 2011.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of the Writ petition, the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.560 of 2011 as against one N.Sridharan for declaration to declare the settlement deed executed by the said N.Sridharan / 1st defendant therein in favour of his son one S.Suresh registered as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.2384/2010 SRO Velachery as null and void and the said suit was decreed in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 26.06.2013. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
