ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.C1/1354/2015 and in Na.Ka.No.C1/1354/2015 both dated 10.08.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to take appropriate action as against the third respondent in terms of tender rules.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent name has been removed from the listed contractor. However, he has been given a contract. Hence, the petition.

3.When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the contract period is of the year 2015, work has been completed. Now, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. It is made clear that hereafter, the official respondents must follow the rules properly while calling for tender by strictly adhering to the Rules governing the tender.
