This application has been filed by the applicants to adduce the evidence of Bhuvaneswari, wife of Shanmugham, residing at No.7, Thangavel street, Vetri Nagar, Jawahar Nagar, Chennai - 82, as P.W.3 in O.P.No.42 of 2023 to

identify the signature of C.N.Annamalai Chettiar, as attesting witness and also the testatrix, Mrs. Bhuvaneswari, pertaining to the Will dated 04.06.1964.

2. According to the applicants, they are the petitioners in the main Original Petition and the Original Petition is filed for grant of Letters of Administration. Already, the applicants' side evidence was closed, however, they would intend to examine further witness to identify the signature of testator and attestors. Since both the attesting witnesses are no more, the applicants would intend to examine the signatures of the testator and attestors to the Will, therefore, filed this application.

2. There is no respondent in this application.

3. Considering the reasons stated above and in order to give fair chance to the applicants to examine further witness to prove the signatures of testator and attestor to the Will, this Application is allowed. 03-02-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order ssd
