CRIME NO.10/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition directing petitioner to appear before the judicial magistrate court uthukottai daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 17.12.2020 made in Crl.MP.No.8067 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.17447 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthukottai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17447 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17447 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
