This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the respondent to register FIR based on the complaint dated 01.11.2019 in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Additional Mahila Court, Perambalur in Crl.MP.No.6458 of 2019 dated 04.11.2019.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the order from the Additional Mahila Court, Perambalur in Crl.MP.No.6458 of 2019 dated 04.11.2019, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.3 of 2020 under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 354, 506(i), 147, 148, 498(a) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act against the accused person.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
