CRIME NO.712 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.6099 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.11270 of 2020 vide order dated 08.10.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PRAVEEN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11270 dated 05.08.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11270 dated 05.08.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
