(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.C.Vigneswaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned State Government Pleader, for the respondents.

2. Order of the Court stands complied with. Decision is taken by the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a separate writ petition challenging the act of the Government.
