PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order of the third respondent herein proceedings No.22728/A2/2011 dated 31.03.2012 and to quash the same and further to direct the third respondent to grant a minibus permit to the petitioner on the route "Mettuipalayam bus stand to Chinnathottipalayam"with reference to the orders of the Second respondent in App.Nos.499 of 2005 and 353/2007.
