Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the Respondents to consider the Petitioner Representation dated 02.12.2019 within a stipulate time frame and consequently to direct the Respondents to measure and survey the Petitioner Property and to issue seperate patta in the name of Petitioner after effected subdivision in Joint Patta No.308 in S.No.381/5A1 measuring about to an extent of 5 cents out of 10 cents situated at Chengalnatham Madura Rampuram Village, Walajapet Taluk, Ranipettai District.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that due to bifurcation of Districts, the property is now transferred from the jurisdiction of Tahsildar, Walajapet Taluk to the Tahsildar, Sholinghar Taluk, with effect from 01.01.2020. Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make fresh application to survey the property to the concerned authority and he has made an endorsement to that effect. 2.
