A.No.5204 of 2015 and O.A.No.668 of 2015 and C.S.No.521 of 2015 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN,J., When A.No.5204 of 2015 is taken up, the learned counsel for the applicants submitted that there is a possibility of settlement and therefore, he prays for adjournment. The learned counsel for the applicants is not ready for enquiry.

2.O.A.No.668 of 2015 was filed to grant an order of Interim Injuction restraining the defendants, their agents, nominees, representatives, or any person or persons claiming through them from alienating, transferring, or creating any encumbrances in respect of the property till the disposal of the application. The order of interim injunction was granted on 30.06.2015. Therefore, the order of interim injunction is made absolute till the disposal of the suit. Accordingly, both applications are closed.

3.Registry is directed to verify whether the contesting defendants have filed their written statement or not and post the matter after two weeks.
